Our ceramics are handmade, and slight variations in color, shape, glaze, or size are natural characteristics of the crafting process and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative but monitor settings may affect how colors appear.
We strive our best to package each order carefully, but things can happen. If you receive a damaged product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging.
- We will offer a replacement if available or a full refund, including original shipping
- Items damaged after delivery (e.g., due to misuse or accidental breakage are not eligible for replacement or return.
