Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• All orders are handmade in our studio. Standard processing time is 3-7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends) for in stock items.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require 6-8 weeks processing time, depending on complexity. 
• Orders placed during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods may experience slight delays.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping speed.
• We off free domestic shipping on orders over $100 (excluding custom orders).

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when available.
• You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or contact us for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to PO boxes due to orders being fragile and certain carrier policies. Please use a physical address at checkout.
